As a Field Mentor, you would be directly responsible for the training and mentoring of our In Store Promoters or “ISP’s.” You will set the standard of expectations that these key individuals will be held to every time they set foot in a store; interacting with home owners in a positive way to help provide them with the best solution for their upcoming kitchen renovation projects!
About this role: *Conduct a “workshop” which consists of 6 hours with new ISP’s over the course of 3 days, directly working with the Regional Marketing Manager to accomplish this.
*Develop and oversee ISP’s that are on their teams after their workshop is completed.
*Mentors will not have to manage the ISP roster nor the schedules of the ISP. Their responsibility will consist of assisting in teaching them the correct material to be successful within the position. The Regional Marketing Manager will be in charge of the ISP’s schedules and managing them. Both mentors and ISP’s will report to the Regional Marketing Manager.

For doing the above, Mentors will be paid at a rate of $15.00/hr alongside the addition of commission for their own appointments set, as well as additional compensation on each person they develop/mentor that produces appointments.
