Foran Mining Corporation (TSX:FOM) is a forward-thinking mining company redefining the industry. We are seeking a Camp & Administration Superintendent to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 4 -3 rotation (Monday to Thursday).

Foran Mining is a modern mining development and exploration company advancing Canada's only greenfield copper project currently under construction: the McIlvenna Bay deposit in Saskatchewan. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. The Camp & Administration Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of administrative services, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and document control. This role is responsible for optimizing business systems, leading administrative teams, and driving efficiency through strong project and change management practices. The Superintendent ensures all services align with organizational objectives, enhance the employee experience, and support overall business performance.

This position is ideal for a strong leader with camp experience, exceptional contract management skills, and a passion for team engagement and continuous improvement.
