We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team at our Dallas, TX office. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers by phone, email, or chat. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues, or providing product and service information, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
•Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
•Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to supervisors when necessary
•Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
•Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or service reminders, if required
•Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction
•Stay updated on company products, procedures, and system changes
•Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor, even in challenging situations
•Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent service
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
•Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is a plus
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
•Comfortable using computers and CRM or ticketing systems
•Strong time management and multitasking skills
