Calibration Administrator (Willing to Train)

At BHD Test and Measurement, we specialize in high precision industrial test equipment. Our ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab offers service on temperature, electrical, pressure, torque, dimensional, biomedical and high-voltage equipment. We are an authorized stocking distributor of most major industrial test equipment manufacturers, such as Fluke, Megger, Mitutoyo, and Ralston. We also carry a large rental inventory of electrical and instrumentation test equipment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in person

- Facilitate and communicate calibration services according to our client’s needs

- Process daily billing, accurately and efficiently

- Obtain quotes from, and provide purchase orders to, vendors

- Maintain various records and files

- Operate within ISO 17025 guidelines

- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the calibration team

- Help coordinate onsite services

- Various administrative and clerical tasks, as required

Requirements

- Two or more years in customer service, inside sales and/or calibration services

- Experience with computers and data entry

- Must be proficient in learning and using various types of computer software

- A clear communicator who is great over the phone or email

- A multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests

- Acute attention to detail and sense of urgency

- Must be organized and able to manage competing priorities

- Possess a valid Driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
