We’re a growing homebuilding company serving the Tri-Cities area—far more than a drafting outfit. Our team designs and constructs quality residential homes from the ground up, and we need a CAD Drafter who understands the big picture. We build homes in the Tri-Cities and Boise areas and take pride in the craftsmanship, design, and experience we provide for each home we build.

Overview

We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our team. We are interested in either experienced or fresh-out-of-school candidates. If you are experienced, you can hit the ground running. Otherwise, we'll help guide you with our existing team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in any CAD software and possess a strong understanding of design principles. We use Chief Architect, however, you don't have to have experience with Chief (if you do, that's a bonus, and let us know). Experience with AutoDesk Revit or other software is fine. We'll teach you Chief Architect, you bring the willingness and ability to learn new software.

You'll be creating new floorplans, 3D models/renders, modifying existing plans, and creating permit documents, and field layouts, among others! If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Other duties may include helping with purchasing, updating, or working on our online site, etc.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour depending on your experience and knowledge. Paid time off is available. This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday.
