Summary
Kick-start your career in civil engineering with an opportunity to join our Aviation team as a CAD Drafter 1. This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in drafting and design while contributing to meaningful environmental and infrastructure projects. As a CAD Drafter 1, you’ll perform clearly defined drafting tasks using CAD software to support civil engineering, permitting, and survey efforts. You should demonstrate proficiency with basic drafting fundamentals and be able to quickly learn and apply new drafting skills. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. In this role, you'll be expected to work well with others, absorb and apply constructive criticism, and seek guidance from more experienced team members as needed.
