Business System Analyst

This is an in-person position and only local candidates will be considered

You will report to the Business Systems Manager and be accountable for:

Supporting the ongoing optimization, administration, and integration of core business ERP applications.

●

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify system gaps, and recommend technology-driven improvements.

●

Assisting system configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of updates and enhancements.

●

Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across departments.

●

Providing user support, training, and documentation to promote standardized system use and improve operational efficiency.

●

Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all business systems and reporting platforms.

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

● A minimum of a post-secondary degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2–4 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP administration, or IT/operations support.

● Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 300 CRE, InEight, or similar ERP/project management systems.

● Strong understanding of business processes in finance, payroll, procurement, and project operations.

● Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data integration tools.

● Working knowledge of API integrations or automation (VBA, Power Automate) is considered an asset.

Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:

● Working to multiple deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.

● Periods of high pressure during collections, financial close, or project deadlines.

● The occasional requirement for extended hours to meet critical deliverables or support system updates.

● Light lifting (up to 10 lbs) of equipment or office materials.

● May be required to travel within Canada to support field operations with training and related activities.
