About the Role: Join our Fiber Products & Business Support department and help keep key operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support billing, payment processing, accounts payable, budgeting, and fiber product initiatives. You’ll handle tasks like data entry, reporting, contract research, reconciliations, auditing, and process documentation—while taking on a variety of projects as needed. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to make an impact, this is the role for you!

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

This position is primarily sedentary and performed in a typical office environment. Duties involve sitting most of the time with occasional walking or standing. The role may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items up to 10 pounds. Bending, stooping, or reaching may occasionally be required. Physical demands may vary by position and may occasionally exceed those described above.

Minimum Requirements:

- Must be and maintain full-time student status of an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or a graduate-level degree

- Have and maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher

- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Good oral and written communication

- Excellent attention to detail

- Must possess basic computer skills

- Valid driver's license

Preferred Requirements:

- Pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate-level degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or other related field

- Strong administrative and organization skills

- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases
