We’re hiring Business Development Representatives to speak with U.S. homeowners and educate them about rising electricity costs and available programs that can help them lower their monthly electric bill using solar energy.
This is not a hard sales role. Your primary responsibility is to educate and qualify homeowners to see if they are a good fit for a solar energy savings program.
- Homeowners do NOT buy panels
- No cash purchase
- No loan
- No financing
Instead, our company installs and owns the solar system, similar to how a utility company installs power lines and electrical infrastructure.
- Uses the power produced by the panels
- Pays a lower, protected electricity rate
- Saves money compared to their current utility bill
- Calling and speaking with homeowners (warm and outbound outreach)
- Educating them on why electric bills are increasing
- Explaining how the solar savings program works in simple terms
- Qualifying homeowners based on basic criteria (homeownership, bill amount, etc.)
- Setting appointments for the next step in the process
- $20 per hour
