We’re expanding our sales team and seeking motivated Outside Sales Business Development Representatives who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and earning high commissions through recurring monthly subscriptions.
As an Outside Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing dealers, and ensuring client listings remain current and optimized on our platform.
This position is designed for entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to build a portfolio of recurring monthly income based on active client subscriptions.
- $200 per Platinum Plan sold (initial sale)
- $200 per month per active Platinum subscription (recurring residual income)
- 5% commission on any equipment financed through our in house finance team.

- 25–50 new subscription plans sold within the first 90 days
- Prospect and acquire new business within the construction equipment, rental, and dealer industries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Maintain and update customer database to ensure listings and client information are accurate
- Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company per follow-up policies
- Present subscription plans and advertising options to dealers and contractors
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to support client success
- Stay informed on industry trends and MyEquipmentBroker.com platform updates
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (construction, equipment, or digital marketing experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own sales pipeline
