- Build and maintain authentic relationships with property managers, facility managers, and other key commercial partners.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Plan and host client appreciation events and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging, people-focused content.
- Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and track relationship-building activities.
- Enjoy the freedom to plan and manage your own schedule while meeting business goals.
- Experience in business development, marketing, or sales (restoration, construction, or property services preferred)
- Familiarity with the restoration or insurance property claims world is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Creative and confident — comfortable with outreach, events, and client meetings.
- Experience with social media management and event planning.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Commission structure has no cap. The right individual should earn $100,00 + / year based on performance.- Health benefits: After 3 months.
