Our Burley location is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated individual to help us expand and run day-to-day operations smoothly.
Whether it’s repairing large electric motors, selling VFDs, or providing onsite support to local farmers and facilities, we’re known for quality work, safety, and putting customers first.
We’re hiring a Business Development & Operations Coordinator to be the go-to person for both customer growth and operations support. You’ll help build relationships with local and regional businesses, manage daily service and delivery schedules, and keep internal processes moving.

- Connect with local farms, factories, utilities, and other businesses to understand their motor and pump needs
- Assist with quotes, job bids, and customer proposals
- Build long-term relationships with local customers and vendors
- Research market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the Magic Valley region
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure excellent results for customers
- Keep projects organized by scheduling service calls, deliveries, and installations
- Help track inventory, job orders, and service logs
- Support parts ordering and vendor communications
- Ensure safety and compliance across the shop and warehouse
- Help improve internal processes to keep things running smoothly

- 5+ years of experience in industrial services, operations, or sales (preferably working with motors, pumps, or controls)- Comfortable in both an office and hands-on work environment
- Knowledge of electric motors, panels, VFDs, or industrial pumps is a big plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience using software like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or other job tracking tools
- Primarily office-based, with regular travel to customer sites or vendor locations
- Occasional time in the shop or warehouse – PPE required as needed
