About the Role:
Atlas is looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to help grow our client base in Seattle, with occasional support across Oregon. This is a relationship-focused B2B sales role ideal for someone with experience in facility services, janitorial solutions, or commercial service sales.
What You’ll Do:
•Identify and close new business opportunities in the greater Seattle metro area
•Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers at commercial and industrial sites
•Present tailored janitorial and facility maintenance solutions based on client needs
•Collaborate with our internal service and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence
•Track sales activity in our CRM and contribute to forecasting/reporting
What You Bring:
•3+ years of B2B sales experience (commercial cleaning or related industries preferred)
•Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
•Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
•Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
•Open to frequent travel within the region and occasional travel outside the region
