Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

•

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

•

Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing data to inform business strategies.

•

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management from inception to completion.

•

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.

•

Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our products and services.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

•

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

•

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.

•

Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•

Familiarity with market analysis techniques and strategies for identifying growth opportunities.

•

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

•

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
