LES is seeking an individual with strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to join our Finance team as a Budgeting and Financial Planning Manager. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the development, analysis, and oversight of our financial plans and budgets, providing strategic insights that support key business decisions. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage and motivate a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a deep understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting techniques, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the department. Specific responsibilities include managing and mentoring staff; strategic planning as part of the division management team; financial planning, forecasting and modeling; enterprise budgeting; financing evaluation; development, implementation and monitoring of financial metrics and targets; overall policy and procedure development; investment management; day-to-day cash management activities; maintaining banking services and relationships; and financial metric and benchmark reporting. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
