Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization, leadership, and teamwork? Dreamstyle Remodeling is seeking a Branch Administrator to support our growing team and ensure smooth operations at our local office.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish), and ready to be the backbone of the branch—coordinating key administrative functions and helping deliver a 5-star customer experience.
About the Role:
As the Branch Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for administrative operations at your location. You’ll collaborate with the Installation Manager and Sales Manager to keep projects moving efficiently, ensure every job is properly documented, and support a positive, productive office environment.
What You’ll Do:
•Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure branch efficiency
•Review project documentation to verify scope of work and resolve issues before job processing
•Support job tracking by participating in daily backlog meetings with the team
•Maintain accurate communication records in our CRM for all customer interactions
•Coordinate with installation teams, update project statuses, and finalize installer documentation
•Collect and document payments at measure and install completion
•Supervise and support administrative staff and assist in hiring and training efforts
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment
•Facilitate communication between the branch, corporate services, and other locations
•Offer insight and feedback to help improve office systems and technology

What You Bring:
•Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
•2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
•Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
•Customer-first mindset and collaborative attitude
•Experience supporting construction or home services teams a plus
•Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
