Blast Crew Member/ Laborer

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working and honest person to join our team in Delta, Utah.

In this position you will work in both drilling and blasting operations providing support for equipment and handling explosives while loading blast holes in support of mining and development operations. This position is best suited for an individual who likes working hard in the outdoors each day and enjoys working in many different locations.

Successful applicants will always focus on safety of self, coworkers and the public at all times as they fulfill job responsibilities. Applicant must be able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail. Applicants must also be in excellent physical condition and be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day, shovel gravel, know or learn how to operate a skid steer, accurately complete paperwork including equipment checks, job safety analysis, work place inspection forms and vehicle inspection reports. Applicants must have an excellent driving record.

Applicant will need to posses MSHA and OSHA 10 papers or attend a class at company expense.

Applicant must pass an ATF background check. Persons having been convicted of a felony need not apply.

Weekly travel is required - Company transportation will be made available to you.
