Title of Position: Field Crew Assistant in Training/General Laborer

Job Summary: The Field Crew Assistant in Training is responsible for assisting in the inspection of sanitary, storm, and water pipelines utilizing remotely operated inspection equipment.

R&R Visual utilizes Class B CDL required vehicles to conduct sanitary and storm line cleaning, though it is not a requirement for applicants to have a Class B CDL. Those that do are eligible to earn $1.50 more per hour.

Position Type: Full-time

Pay Type: Hourly, paid weekly.

Location: R&R Visual is located in Rochester, IN. Applicant must also have the ability to work on projects throughout the United States.

Environment: Indoor and outdoor in all climates.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. No previous experience is required, just the ability to learn and work as a team.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, reaching and lifting overhead, standing, crawling, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Work may include manual labor up to and including digging up a manhole, hand pulling ropes, and removal of equipment from sewer lines.

This position involves exposure to loud noise, odors, dust, heat, cold, and vibration. You may have to tolerate temperature fluctuations and work in various weather conditions.
