Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Crew Member to join our Industrial Cleaning team. This role involves performing a wide range of specialized cleaning services in commercial and industrial environments. This is a physically demanding job. Work can include carpet cleaning, high dusting, tile/floor restoration, exterior window washing and more!

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Execute industrial cleaning services such as carpet cleaning, high dusting, tile and grout restoration, exterior window cleaning, and floor stripping and waxing.

•

Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely use and maintain commercial cleaning equipment including buffers, extractors, scrubbers, etc.

•

Prepare and Maintain Worksites: Set up, organize, and break down job sites before and after each service, ensuring tools and materials are handled properly.

•

Adapt to Scheduling Needs: Be available for shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or occasional overnight projects, depending on client needs.

•

Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all company and site-specific safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

•

Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all work meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction; report any issues or areas needing follow-up.

•

Work in Various Environments: Perform cleaning tasks in a wide range of settings, including commercial buildings, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and exterior areas.

•

Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently; maintain professional behavior with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications:

•

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

•

Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is an asset.

•

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work on ladders or lifts.

•

Must be comfortable working in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.).

•

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

•

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

•

Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in commercial and industrial environments.

May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures.

•

Requires use of safety equipment and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
