Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This position requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Duties
•
Perform mowing and lawn care activities to ensure well-maintained properties.
•
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscape tasks.
•
Assist in garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and mulching.
•
Engage in digging and other physical labor as required for landscaping projects.
•
Provide tree care services, including trimming and removal as needed.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
•
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in mowing, lawn care, or landscaping is required.
•
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance.
•
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and digging.
•
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards outdoor work.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to lawn care and landscaping.
•
Availability to work flexible hours based on seasonal demands.
