Requirements:
•Education & Experience: High school diploma plus at least 2 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience.
•Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Solid problem-solving, math, and communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and standard business systems.

A Day in the Life:
•Billing Accuracy: Run reports, review data, and make necessary updates to ensure members receive accurate billing for electric and fiber services.
•Account Maintenance: Complete service orders, maintain an accurate member account database, and proactively follow up on pending issues.
•Member Support: Respond to member questions or concerns through phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and care.
•Problem Solving: Research and investigate billing discrepancies or account concerns, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are calculated and documented.
Additional Details:
•Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., based at the Braham, MN Headquarters building.
•Hybrid Option: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement after a training period.
