Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our front office team.
Key responsibilities include:
•
Execute billing & collection activity
•
Key support role for the front office team.
•
Greet customer and answer phones.
•
Ensure time & attendance data in ERP system is accurate each day.
•
Independently perform other periodic responsibilities including an essential support role in our HR function, including recruitment and employee relations.
Duties
•
Prepare and distribute all customer bills timely and accurately via email or regular mail.
•
Perform data accuracy role for time and attendance by reviewing employee log in and out activity daily.
•
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates and facilitating interviews.
•
Assist in the onboarding of new employees by ensuring all new staff receive the appropriate training required per company policies.
•
Support HR functions such as employee communications for special / annual events (e.g. open enrollment, hearing screening, company cookout/lunches).
•
Maintain accurate and complete billing records.
•
Performs special projects as deemed necessary for the benefit of the company.
Experience
•
Work experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
•
Experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
•
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
•
Experience with Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook).
•
Experience maintaining confidentiality is a must.
•
Manufacturing experience is ideal.
•
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
