Utility Management Solutions (UMS) is a MN-based company located in Eden Prairie. We provide a wide range of utility management services within the multifamily housing industry and are actively seeking quality people to join our team.
This position is full-time with benefits. The chosen candidate will work as a Billing Analyst/Customer Service Representative in our bill-processing and customer service center. The chosen candidate will answer customer phone calls, process payments, resolve billing issues, communicate with property managers, generate accurate monthly invoicing to residents and work collaboratively with the UMS team to meet company goals.
UMS offers a competitive salary, medical and dental Insurance, 401K with up to 4% employer match, 10 paid holidays, 2+ weeks of vacation, a $500 yearly wellness benefit and a $10,000 year-end bonus contingent on company goals. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour + $10,000 year-end bonus: $52,000+ of annual earnings.
