The Opportunity

We’re looking for a People & Culture Operations Student to join our team for a 4-month term. In this role, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting onboarding and P&C operations across the enterprise. You'll work closely with systems such as Jobvite and UKG, and support activities that directly impact the candidate and employee experience.

- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing documentation, data entry, and updating new hire records

- Communicate with new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience

- Support candidate documentation and follow-up during pre-employment stages

- Help maintain employee records in UKG and Jobvite

- Create and update internal guides and reference materials

- Respond to general People & Culture inquiries with professionalism and accuracy

- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed

- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)

- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
