AOE Barbershop is a well-established, high-traffic barbershop with over 9 years in business, known for professionalism, consistency, and a strong team culture. We are currently seeking licensed barbers who take pride in their craft and are looking to grow in a busy, structured environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality barbering services

- Deliver professional and consistent customer service

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Be punctual, reliable, and professional

- Follow shop standards and policies

Experience

- Previous experience working in a professional barbershop preferred

- Comfortable performing men’s haircuts and beard services consistently

- Ability to work in a walk-in and appointment-based environment

- Experience managing client flow during busy hours is a plus

- Strong understanding of shop professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service

- Note: New graduates must be licensed or actively apprenticing and ready to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
