Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to drive both our business development strategies. This hybrid role will focus on expanding our brand presence, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing key client relationships in target regions, including North America and Latin America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales with some marketing expertise, capable of executing lead generation campaigns while also building long-term, trusted relationships with clients and partners. Marketing:
•Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation efforts.
•Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid ads (PPC), content marketing, and social media.
•Create and update marketing collateral, including case studies, product brochures, presentations, and website content.
•Analyze and report on marketing KPIs (website traffic, engagement, lead conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Organize and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase the company’s technology and services.
Business Development:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new markets (North America, Latin America, Middle East, etc.).
•Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, including distributors, resellers, and potential corporate clients.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Engineering, etc.) to ensure client needs and requirements are met.
•Track and report on sales metrics, forecast revenue, and ensure business growth targets are achieved.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in r a related field.
•Familiar with tech startup work atmosphere and Adapt quickly to a dynamic, high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
•3+ years of experience in both business development and sales, preferably robotics sectors (or UAVs)
•Proven track record of generating leads, closing sales, and expanding business within B2B markets.
•Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content creation.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
•Fluency in English is required (other languages, such as Spanish, or Portuguese, are a plus).

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
