Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for meeting a high level of customer satisfaction and knowledge within the customer-assigned markets. You will develop strong relationships with customers, and connect with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, and improve the entire customer experience.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

This position requires at least an associate’s degree or a demonstrated educational or training path toward professional growth. Must possess good computer skills and be able to learn new skills as needed. Minimum of five years of experience in large/strategic customer management.
