We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our team on a 14/14 fly-in, fly-out rotation based in Carlsbad, NM. A deep expertise in Rockwell Automation — including Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View — is an absolute must for this role. If you’re passionate about automation, thrive in dynamic field environments, and want to take ownership of projects from programming to commissioning, we want to hear from you. You’ll work hands-on with midstream oil and gas assets, apply your advanced PLC/HMI skills, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team where continuous learning and growth are front and center.
