Starting Salary Range: $144,000 - $165,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

As Our Automation Solutions Developer, You Will:

- Build smarter processes – Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

- Innovate with modern tools – Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, and low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions.

- Partner across the business – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze workflows, and create solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Empower others – Enable and govern citizen development by training business users, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met.

- Drive continuous improvement – Bring forward new ideas and approaches to keep our automation strategy innovative and effective.

To be a successful Automation Solutions Developer we are looking for:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5+ years of hands-on experience.

- Proven success working with automation technologies, such as:

- Development platforms

- Low-code platforms

- Scripting languages

- Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) to map and improve workflows.

- A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations to connect systems and streamline operations.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience, knowledge, and skills.
