Technical Solutions Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to support a multi-year ERP transformation initiative. The goal is to implement a composable ERP system that integrates finance, operations, human resources, and IT into a unified platform. This role will play a critical part in automating, streamlining, and modernizing business processes across multiple departments to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for a range of ongoing projects including SaaS migrations, HR system integrations, and SharePoint migrations.

- Develop and maintain governance documentation, technical architecture, and solution blueprints to guide effective implementation.

- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

- Conduct requirement analysis, design, develop, and test solutions that meet defined specifications.

- Translate complex business processes and requirements into cohesive technical designs and architectures.

- Support the selection, integration, and implementation of COTS, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5–7 years of experience in designing and architecting technical solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Broad knowledge of technical platforms, infrastructure, cloud, and emerging technologies (including AI).

- Expertise in identifying and implementing enterprise software solutions.

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP), data management, IT infrastructure services, cybersecurity, and network architecture.

- Deep understanding of solution engineering, application architecture, and systems integration.

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Cloud fundamentals certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
