SUMMARY OF POSITION

Solutions by JAW, LLC is seeking a NASSCO Certified Assistant Project Manager to support field operations in sewer and storm utility inspection projects. This role involves assisting in the coordination of inspection crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and reporting protocols. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in camera inspection work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assist in managing multiple field projects with professionalism and reliability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Assist in planning and executing field inspection projects.

•

Operate and oversee remote-controlled sewer/storm camera systems as needed.

•

Ensure inspections meet NASSCO PACP reporting standards and documentation accuracy.

•

Support equipment logistics, tracking, and maintenance.

•

Provide timely and accurate updates to clients and internal supervisors.

•

Assist in coordinating labor and materials for daily field operations.

•

Monitor compliance with company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

•

Help prepare daily reports, logs, and documentation from each job site.

•

Maintain cleanliness and security of the job site at all times.

•

Address field issues by troubleshooting and escalating when appropriate.

•

Perform hands-on labor duties as needed alongside the inspection crew.

•

Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Director of Operations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

•

Strong communication and organizational skills.

•

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow safety procedures and technical documentation.

•

Ability to work well in team settings and take direction.

•

Comfortable working in outdoor environments, including extreme weather.

•

Familiar with basic inspection technologies and NASSCO reporting platforms.

•

Capable of identifying and responding to on-site challenges effectively.

REQUIRED LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

•

Valid Georgia Driver’s License with a clean driving record

•

NASSCO PACP Certification (Required)

•

Confined Space Entry Certification (to be obtained prior to start)

•

OSHA 10 Certification (to be obtained prior to start)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•

NASSCO MACP and/or LACP Certifications (preferred or willing to obtain)

•

Previous experience in sewer/storm inspection or construction fieldwork

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen

•

Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a team environment

•

Able to travel out of state and stay for extended periods

•

Willing to work long shifts and be on call as needed

•

Physically capable of performing field labor, lifting, and operating equipment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

•

100% field-based position with travel between sites

•

Extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting

•

Exposure to varying outdoor conditions and confined spaces

•

Operate and handle sewer camera systems and related safety gear

WORK SCHEDULE

•

8- or 10-hour shifts

•

Extended hours, weekends, or on-call work as required
