General Purpose

Provide legal advice on a variety of federal energy regulatory matters, including those relating to transmission facilities, wholesale transmission and interconnection service, and energy markets. Familiarity with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulations and regulatory processes a must. State utility regulatory experience a plus. Position located in Portland, Oregon.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 25.00% of salary.
