Assembly Worker

ROLLER DIE AND FORMING, a metal manufacturer and fabrication company located in the heart of Green Cove Springs, is seeking a full time Assembly Worker. Overview:

All items listed below are to be in accordance with your job specifications and safety regulations.

Will be trained on various assembly operations:

Welding frames, toggle locking components together, gluing end caps to handles, riveting, etc. to produce a quality part set forth by the inspection log.

Must learn minor set-ups on some equipment in an appropriate time set by the department supervisor.

Each part container is marked with his/her clock number with all pertinent information.

Responsible for all kan-bans, calipers, and gage inspection dates.

Must fill out all paperwork and inspection logs accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in manufacturing environment

Ability to read and understand work instructions. Must be able to complete process paperwork as required. Mathematical aptitude a plus.

Requirements:

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, occasional lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Ability to move around manufacturing floor.

Pay: $15.00 an hour

Possible increase in pay after a 90-day probationary period, at which time performance and attendance will determine increase.

HOURS: 5AM - 3:30PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND OVERTIME AS NEEDED
