What you’ll do:

- Assemble metal parts and components into finished assemblies using hand and power tools

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure correct assembly

- Take precision measurements and make adjustments so components fit together properly

- Inspect assemblies for quality and readiness for final inspection

- Collaborate with welders, machinists, and other fabrication team members to meet production goals

- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures

Required / Preferred skills and traits:

- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or metal fabrication preferred

- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

- Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player

- Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
