Assembly Line Worker

- Assemble parts and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment to meet production targets.

- Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products within the facility.

- Conduct routine inspections of assembled products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed.

- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording parts used and completed products.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on assembly processes and suggesting enhancements.

- Proven experience in factory or manufacturing environments, preferably within an assembly line setting.

- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.

- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other basic manufacturing equipment.

- Warehouse experience including operating forklifts safely is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with factory safety protocols and ability to follow safety procedures diligently.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly work.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.44 - $28.23 per hour
