As a TSR, you'll leverage your operational expertise and product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions to clients. You'll represent a portfolio of Artificail Lift cutting-edge tools, technologies, and services, helping clients solve complex challenges and enhance performance.

- Manage the full field sales lifecycle: from opportunity discovery to close
- Build strong customer relationships and understand operational needs
- Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and bids
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across product lines
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal product teams
- Visit client sites (rigs, warehouses, offices) to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Execute sales strategies and account plans to meet revenue goals
- Contribute to forecasts, budgets, and growth plans
- Drive margin improvements through solution-focused, value-based selling
- Proven experience in technical sales within the oil & gas services industry
- Strong operational understanding of field equipment and service delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Willingness to travel to rig sites and remote facilities
