ARMO Mechanic

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, ships, and surface cabin equipment.

- Weld, paint, and refurbish equipment as needed.

- Conduct mechanical inspections and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools.

- Assist in reworking, repairing, testing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.

- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) policies and procedures.

- Handle special projects as assigned.

Preferred Certifications(not mandatory)

- A/C Certification

- Electrical Maintenance

- Stationary Engineer

Technical Skills

- Basic electrical experience with 3-phase 480V and single-phase 120V systems.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists.

- Familiarity with formal maintenance procedures and practices.

- Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and troubleshooting techniques.

- Proficient in using multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and other basic instruments.

- Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

- Technical diploma OR minimum 1 year of relevant industrial experience in electro-mechanical functions.

- Experience in one or more of the following industries: airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or electronics.
