This is a full-time role for an Area Construction Manager located in the San Antonio region. Day trips to Corpus Christi, LaGrange and other Cities within a couple of hours will be required. The Area Construction Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of home construction communities, including project planning, trade relations, coordination, and superintendent management. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines are met, managing budgets, supervising construction activities, collaborating with contractors and teams, and maintaining project documentation. The role also involves leadership, problem-solving site issues and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
