Area Administrator

Insituform Technologies, LLC. is looking for an experienced Area Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include the following:

- Greet and welcome visitors

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.

- Manage and distribute all consumables/supplies for office.

- Assist walk in candidates with application process.

- Adhoc basic reporting as assigned based on business needs

- General office duties of data entry, filing, shredding, mailers, ect.

- Ordering Fuel Delivery

- Check and distribute mail/packages

- Maintain common areas such as lobby and breakroom

- Occasional travel for training and to support other business units

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong communication, organization, time-management and people skills.

- Ability to manage and work on multiple items at one time with interruptions.

- Solid experience in all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.

- Must be well organized and able to create systems to complete/track tasks effectively.

- Ability to work professionally and independently.

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.

- Ability to work onsite, 40 hours per week is required.

- Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

- Must be able to solve problems with practical solutions and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

- Must have a current valid driver's license.
