This position will oversee 4 parks, Ellensburg, Yakima, Union Gap, Benton City.
Beach RV in Benton City is the main office, so there is travel.
Area Manager – Mobile Home & RV Park Manager

At CMG our Area Managers play an integral role, as they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the properties they are assigned. This includes overseeing multiple sites, onsite vendors performing maintenance and repairs, enforcing community rules and regulations, and some of the financial aspects of the park.
- Oversite of multiple properties.
- Attend weekly meetings with DPM and corporate office.
- Supervision of park staff.
- Oversite of vendors and precuring project bids.
- Leasing of vacant units.
- Collection and posting of rental payments and deposits.
- Enforcing lease agreements, including issuing of all management letters and legal notices.
- Responsible for conducting regular property tours and inspections.
- First line of contact for all resident complaints.
- Process and code property invoices.
- Attend eviction proceedings.
- Review monthly financials and send corrections to DPM for review.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with DPM and ownership.
- Responsible for completing all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual park reports.
- Responsible for the management of the park's staff and the coordination of any events or activities within the community.
- Responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents to the community.
- Computer Skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
