APX OPS, Integration Manager

About the role:

As the APX OPS Integration Manager you will manage the successful standardization, incorporation, and employment of project management type functions in the APX Delivery Stream organization. You will oversee a team to create, maintain, standardize and align processes, procedures, templates, change control, requirements management, KPIs, project reviews and other reporting functions. You will partner and communicate across Westinghouse.

You will report to the APX Functional Excellence Senior Manager and be located at the Cranberry Township headquarters. The role is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and provide oversight of the integration of the APX Delivery Stream organization by ensuring alignment internally within the APX Delivery Stream organization and externally within the broader overall APX Project Management Organization.

- Forecast program performance, including identification of risk areas and development of mitigation strategies to ensure the program meets safety, quality, and financial goals.

- Be the trusted partner to the Delivery Stream project procurement leader for each major customer project.

- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to optimize delivery and reduce risk.

- Provide regular updates to team members, including executive leadership, on program status, challenges, and achievements.

- Be the primary contact for project management, status, and responsibility for the APx Delivery Stream.

- Support development of Delivery Stream Functional Excellence staffing forecast.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science Discipline Required.

- 7+ years of relevant experience; at least 3 years in a leadership role of project delivery to major technical design projects.

- Experience managing deliverables and integrating organizations within a complex project.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Active Risk Management (ARM), Earned Value Management project management methodology).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
