Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the electrical trade. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the supervision of experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience and technical knowledge in various electrical systems and installations. Responsibilities

•

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

•

Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

•

Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems and troubleshoot issues.

•

Support experienced electricians in high voltage and low voltage applications.

•

Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure compliance with safety standards.

•

Participate in frame carpentry tasks as needed to support electrical installations.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

•

Basic understanding of electrical principles, including familiarity with tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.

•

Knowledge of reading schematics is preferred but not required.

•

Experience or coursework related to industrial or commercial electrical work is a plus.

•

A strong willingness to learn and develop skills in both high voltage and low voltage systems.

•

Previous experience in construction or related fields may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
