The Role:

We’re seeking a Part-Time Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for calling warm leads and scheduling in-home solar consultations for our Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and want to contribute to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact warm leads to schedule in-home solar consultations

Qualify potential customers and provide information about our services

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus

Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
