Are you a people person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn? Frontline Home Solutions, a leading local Home Improvement company in Pharr, TX, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Appointment Setters, Customer Service Representatives, and telemarketers!

No experience necessary! We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed. In this in-house role, you'll play a vital role in our company's success by:

•

Scheduling appointments: You'll learn excellent communication skills to connect with customers, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our Home Improvement specialists.

Providing exceptional customer service: You'll be the primary point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll ensure they have a exceptional experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up after appointments.

Supporting our team: You'll be a valuable asset, assisting with administrative tasks and keeping our office running smoothly.
