Responsibilities
•Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
•Conduct presentations with potential clients to set appointments and follow up on inquiries.
•Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage client information
•Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both client availability and company schedules.
•Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
•Maintain detailed records of all communications and appointments in the database.
Requirements
•Proven experience in customer service or dealing with people.
•Strong verbal communication skills in English; ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
•Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
•Ability to negotiate effectively with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.
•High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is an advantage.
