Appointment Setter

We are a growing solar and home improvement company in Roseville looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our marketing department. Rewarding part time position with hours totaling 30-32 hours per week.

```Duties:```

- Call prospects to spark further interest and promote products or services

- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and set appointments

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business development efforts

```Requirements:```

- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in English. Spanish languages is a plus

- Familiarity with Google Suits, Salesforce or other CRMs is a bonus

- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Hourly PLUS commissions

Hourly pay rate is up to $21/hour based on experience.
