Your Role

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll:

- Prospect & Engage: Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in assigned territories.

-Qualify & Schedule: Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and set in-home appointments for our sales team.

- Hit Metrics: Maintain daily call and doorstep goals to drive appointment volume.

- Report Progress: Use company tools to track interactions and appointments daily.

- Collaborate: Join motivated peers and tap into ongoing coaching from team leaders.

Qualifications

Required:

- Strong interpersonal skills – Able to confidently approach, engage, and build rapport with strangers face-to-face.

- Excellent communication – Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal skills in English.

- Self-motivated & goal-oriented – You’re disciplined and driven to meet personal and team performance targets.

- Coachable – Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow proven systems to succeed.

- Positive attitude – Can maintain high energy and enthusiasm, even in the face of rejection.

- Availability to relocate – Willing to move to a provided team house in Southern California.

- Reliable transportation – Either your own vehicle or willingness to carpool with a team.

- Work authorization – Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred (but not required):

- Sales, door-to-door, or customer service experience.

- Fluency in Spanish or bilingual (a plus in diverse neighborhoods).

- Background in solar, home services, or appointment setting.
