In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and generating interest in our products and services. Your primary focus will be on establishing appointments for our sales team through effective communication and relationship-building techniques. Responsibilities
•Conduct introduction to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
•Utilize non-pressure approaches to engage with our clients and generate interest.
•Schedule appointments (NO DOOR TO DOOR) for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to meeting setup.
•Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our software systems.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and improve outreach strategies.
•Provide exceptional customer service.
•Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
Skills
•Proven experience in meeting people and being able to establish rapport quickly is highly desirable.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
•Proficiency in using software tools for tracking leads and managing appointments.
•A customer service-oriented mindset.
•Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
