General Description
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Operations department by planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities. The key responsibilities for this position include managing work schedules, coordinating work activities, performing detailed review and quality control of work orders, assisting and instructing field personnel, and communicating with other departments and customers. This position requires a working knowledge of the Operations department functions and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and other stakeholders.
This position is part of the administrative division of Operations and reports to the Operations Business Supervisor.
