Requirements:
•Education & Experience: Two-year degree plus a minimum of four years of experience in application support, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
•Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to all users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems using research and vendor support. Familiarity with databases, Windows systems, and mobile device management is helpful.

A Day in the Life:
•Software Support: Provide technical support for all software applications used. Troubleshoot issues, communicate procedures, and contact vendors as needed.
•Mobile Device & Phone System Support: Maintain mobile devices, manage cellular connectivity and data plans, and support mobile device management and phone system applications.
•Team Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to assist with hardware support, product upgrades, and trending issue resolution.
•On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure consistent technical support is available.
Additional Details:
•Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., based at the Braham, MN Headquarters building.
•Hybrid Option: This position does not offer a hybrid work arrangement.
